Company History and Development
Having incorporated in April 2005, Actax Consulting Limited (“Actax”) continues to assist small and medium-sized enterprises in Hong Kong and Mainland China to enhance their productivity and competitive advantages.
In the past years, Actax successfully completed a number of merger and acquisition projects for its clients to help them redefine their strategic positions. On the other hand, different types of corporate training have been arranged for clients to maintain or strengthen their competitiveness.
To look forward, Actax will widen the scope of its consulting services, ranging from basic advisory services, corporate training, financial restructuring, to comprehensive system re-engineering. It aims at providing one-stop full range consulting services to satisfy the ever-changing needs of our clients.
Consulting Team
The consulting team of Actax is headed by its Principal Consultant, Mr. Ricky Ma, who is a professional accountant with a master degree in knowledge management.
With more than 20 years working experience in the commercial and financial field, finally at the position of Group Financial Controller of a listed manufacturing group, Mr. Ma is adequate to share his experiences with clients on the appraisal of business performance and then design appropriate enhancement programmes accordingly.
Apart from serving as a business consultant, Mr. Ma was a part-time lecturer teaching the subjects of financial management and financial reporting on professional examinations for accountancy training schools, universities, and corporations. It equips him with deeper understanding of training needs and updated learning tools. Occasionally, he was invited by professional bodies and corporations to serve as a speaker in seminars or lecture on financial topics.
Under the supervision of Principal Consultant, Actax consulting team consists of senior and junior consultants where the composition of which will depend on the needs of various projects. Most of the consultants in Actax are professional accountants. Some of them also have master degree in other disciplines like human resources, finance, business administration. In addition, the firm also connects with other consulting partners or associates for the engagement of external experts on special areas when and where necessary.
Business Alliance
In January 2016, Actax has entered into a business alliance agreement with M.Consult Unternehmensberatung GmbH, a specialised management consulting firm from Germany. It aims to widen the business connections and cater for the growing international merger and acquisition opportunities across Asian and European countries.

才汇顾问有限公司（“才汇”）于2005年4月注册成立，不断为香港和国内的中小企业提升生产力和竞争优势。
在过去多年，才汇成功帮助客户完成了收购合拼项目，并且为企业的发展策略重新定位。另一方面，也为客户员工安排不同形式的企业培训，藉此保持或增强竞争能力。
展望未来，才汇将扩大顾问服务的领域，从基本的专业咨询、企业培训、财务重组，到整体的系统再造工程，旨在为客户提供一站式全面的顾问服务，满足不断变化的市场需要。
顾问团队
才汇的顾问团队由总顾问马永权先生带领，马先生是一位专业会计师，并持有知识管理学硕士学位。
马先生在商界及金融行业，工作超过20年，最后受聘为一家上市生产企业的集团财务总监。凭藉丰富经验，马先生擅长替客户为企业评核业务表现，并因应情况设计有效加强措施。
顾问工作以外，马先生亦是一位兼职老师，为会计培训学校、国内大学、商业机构等，教授财务管理及财务报告等科目，为相关专业考试作准备。教学工作不仅可以加深了解不同的培训需要，也可掌握最新的学习工具。马先生亦曾受邀为不同专业团体和商业机构的财务研讨会或课堂担任嘉宾讲者。
在总顾问的带领下，才汇将因应个别项目的需要，组合其他高级和初级顾问，组成专业团队。才汇的顾问人员大部分均为专业会计师，其中部分顾问更拥有其他界别的硕士学位，包括人力资源、财务、工商管理等等。另外，才汇与其他专业顾问经常保持紧密联系，当项目工作上有特殊需要，将对外延聘专家参与工作。
商业联盟
才汇于2016年1月，与一家来自德国的专业管理顾问公司 M.Consult Unternehmensberatung GmbH 签订了商业联盟协议，旨在扩阔商业联系，为日渐增长的横跨欧亚的国际收购项目作准备。
